Meet The Beachum & Roeser Team
William C. Beachum: President
William “Bill” Beachum serves as the President of Beachum & Roeser. Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Management Company which include property management, leasing, construction, accounting, tenant relations and investor relations. Bill handles all lease renewals and new deals which typically includes interfacing with real estate brokers and or business owners. Bill is a Birmingham, Michigan native.
Prior to joining Beachum & Roeser, Bill enjoyed a successful career in law enforcement serving as a Police Officer with the Indianapolis Police Department then later as a Special Agent with the FBI in Detroit, MI. While at the FBI Bill was assigned to the violent crimes squad then later to the counter-terrorism squad.
Bill earned a B.A. from Michigan State University and is also a graduate of the Indianapolis Police Academy and the FBI Academy. Bill is a member of BOMA and is a licensed real estate broker with the State of Michigan.
Tina Doty: Director of Property Management
Tina Doty is our Director of Property Management and began her career with us in 1994. Her responsibilities include the oversight of our customer service and maintenance teams, lease administration, vendor contracts, and project management. She also works closely with our construction team on building renovations and the tenant move-in process. Tina is a member of BOMA, and attended Central Michigan University. She has her real estate license with the State of Michigan.
Dianne Gaudino: Controller
Dianne Gaudino is our Controller, responsible for our accounting and reporting operations, including compliance and communications with lenders and investors. Dianne has been with Beachum and Roeser since 2012; previously a CPA and audit manager with Plante Moran. Dianne has a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Shari Miotto: Customer Service Coordinator`
Shari Miotto is our Customer Service Coordinator and has been with us since 2007. She handles the incoming customer service calls and coordinates the work orders with our maintenance team. Shari also assists with the daily office functions and provides administrative support for our leasing, property management, and accounting departments.
Joe MacLean: Maintenance Supervisor
Joe MacLean is our Maintenance Supervisor, and has been with us since 1995. He is in charge of keeping the building’s mechanical equipment maintained, coordinating fire safety inspections, training new hires, and supervising the maintenance staff. Joe has an excellent record of providing outstanding customer service and making sure the properties are running efficiently.
